Will I get faster support for the free tools if I donate?

No, this would be unfair. If we wanted to support our free tools only in exchange for money we would say so. For other forms of support see "Can I buy support?" and "Am I entitled to free support?" above. Donations mainly help cover some of the cost associated with this site and the development of the tools. And while we are at it:
